Oh oh, I think l'm in trouble.

I've gone and got myself banned from the FB page Friends of Forest. I got into a bitchy fight with Simon Clark. He got personal so I kinda snapped so I think I better fess up before the guys find out off someone else. Didn't take me long to trash the place did it? Do you think they'll forgive me?

Here's what I did

Then I got banned

  1. Pissing off Simon is almost a Rite Of Passage for N2D Editors and only strengthens your credibility.

I think SH was struck off Simon's Xmas card list a year ago.

  2. Only 12hrs 20 mins! lmpressive!

That was also very sneaky of you Jussy ... you can't get into our e-mails!

Mind, it made him pubically admit to us saving his ass. Whatever he is, he certainly ain't no gentleman that's a fact. Although l bet he wishes now he hadn't resorted to personal insults ... you're vicious girl! Ouch!

Remind me never to upset you. x

    ps your ass is great!

  5. What are you doing? If we start fighting amongst ourselves then we've already lost.

  6. Y'think Bucko? Ain't you on the wrong site and asking the wrong person that?

  7. Am I? There's obviously something going here that I've missed then.

It just seems pointless for people with the same agenda to not be cooperating.

  8. Yep, l think you have. Clark resorted to personal insults, Justine hit back, Clark banned her. Who you holding to account here? Can't be N2D boys cos they ain't involved.

  9. I've met the N2D boys and would like to call them friends, my "what are you doing" comment was directed at Justine, the author of the article. It was also only a question, nothing more.

If Simon Clark is doing personal insults then obviously I won't condone that. He should know better and see the work that N2D is doing and the value of it for all of us.

What started this off? Both groups should be working together, not against each other.

  10. Justine questioned why Clark announced Forest supported a Welsh anti-smoking campaign to educate smokers bout smoking in cars with kids in em. Clark then said if he looked at the pic of Justines arse avatar again he'd be sick then hell broke loose.

  11. If it was my old lady she'd do the same, expect yours would too

  12. Agreed on the Welsh smoking thing. We don't need education and it always leads to regulation without fail.

  13. Its pretty obvious to anyone with a half a brain that Simon has been told (or rather it was 'suggested' to him) by his backers to support this Welsh nonsense...Big Tobacco has to show it is a responsible Bad Guy and do its bit for the poor wee asthmatic mites of the Valleys. Gotta show concern for the "PlaaAAAnt, boyo"

*plant is vallley-pisser sheep-shagger for kids I think

  14. This lets not fight amongst ourselves is utter crap. Sometimes you need the truth. What's the point of staying quiet when you aren't getting anywhere because you have a leader that isn't up to the job? Christ, even the main political parties force changes of leadership. Bite the bullet and face it. Clark is not representing smokers! he never has! he represents tobacco companies! Show me one result that this man has got for smokers. Go on, just one. You can't can you? Wake up ffs! lf you keep trusting him you'll end up exactly with what you deserve and that's sweet f'all. Justine pressed him on issues, he didn't answer, all he did was ban her. Doesn't that tell you anything? lf it doesn't you're blind deaf and dumb. He avoids members questions like the bloody plague unless they agree with him and even then he says nothing. Follow this false prophet at your peril.

    S Clark

"In the eyes of the Tribunal the review letter contained several preconceptions, prejudgments and non-sequiturs"

"the absurdity of this reason is demonstrated by simply stating it"

"We therefore find that Mr Sked misdirected himself as to the Policy in carrying out the review and his decision is therefore one that no reasonable review officer could have arrived at."

... commonly known here at N2D as 'Skeds' ... that is to say these are Judges comments regarding UKBA Review Officer Ian Sked's reasons for rejecting peoples appeals against seizures.
