(try unplugging your router, take out any cables plugged in to it, smoke a ciggy, sing a chorus of "Ten Drab Green Olive Packs" then plug back in.)
At least they only knocked out the internet connection this time, as a warning. Could have been worse if you keep criticising border patrol fascism. Well paid Forest "freedom fighters" are probably the only approved name on the list allowed to show "criticism".

ReplyDeleteI used to get that, then I'd talk for hours with a call centre employee in India who ultimately would tell me to switch off my router and then switch it back on again and it always worked.

We is back! BT down for 36 hrs. Rang helpline and it said they know there is a problem and they expect it to be up in 5hrs ... this was at 12 midday. Rang at 6 and they said 2 hours rang at 7 and they said 3 hrs, rang again at 10 and they said 2 hrs ... gave up! Got up early hours and we was back to 2hrs! Duh?
