  1. That's what I did. Good bargain - shame about the onboard smoking policy but it's all for the greater good. No point in giving tax to the Govt for them to give it to ASH and "denormalisation" .

  2. But do me a favour and complain afterwards about the smoking policy. Perhaps P&O will then get the message that it depends on tobacco tourists so it should provide better facilities for them.

  3. Patsy, l've aleady done that. :)

    l complain to everyone lol

  4. Oh how I wished I lived well south on occasions such as these. It's good to know some will benefit.

  5. Hull is well south? Er, yes, I suppose it can be. Watch out for the polar bears up there, Subrosa.

  6. Great stuff SH. I know lots of people have but P&O is in denial and keeps saying it has had no complaints. Not one. I expect they've forgotten mine already.

  7. It is in point of fact a nice and helpful piece of
info. I'm satisfied that you just shared this useful information with us. Please keep us informed like this. Thanks for sharing.

"In the eyes of the Tribunal the review letter contained several preconceptions, prejudgments and non-sequiturs"

"the absurdity of this reason is demonstrated by simply stating it"

"We therefore find that Mr Sked misdirected himself as to the Policy in carrying out the review and his decision is therefore one that no reasonable review officer could have arrived at."

... commonly known here at N2D as 'Skeds' ... that is to say these are Judges comments regarding UKBA Review Officer Ian Sked's reasons for rejecting peoples appeals against seizures.
