Smoking on Clarkson's 'Top Gear'

Well, someone had to do it :)   The show itself involved clouds of burning rubber smoke from the performance cars 'drifting' and wheelspins, exhaust fumes, explosions and burning cars ... in an arena plastered with 'No Smoking' signs :)
