  2. Any *real* customs officer (ie HMRC not UKBA) or former customs officer who listens to that tape will weep.

I'm not and never have been a Customs Officer nor am I acquainted with their training policies but I can say for certain that girl should go back to serving on the meat counter of tescos...where she obviously worked until the day before that recording was made.

  4. Its the secret service not the Customs service
    Lets see now,
    THEIR ID IS A SECRET

THEIR REASON TO STOP IS A SECRET

    THEIR INSTRUCTIONS IS A SECRET

    THEIR FATHER IS A SECRET.
Or they never knew who their father was

  5. "THEIR FATHER IS A SECRET.
Or they never knew who their father was"-George

Actually the answer to that can be found in John 8:44...if memory serves... it also explains a lot about them.

I have news for UKBA, they are mistaken HONEST GEORGE for someone who gives a feckless what pleases them and what don't please them.

"In the eyes of the Tribunal the review letter contained several preconceptions, prejudgments and non-sequiturs"

"the absurdity of this reason is demonstrated by simply stating it"

"We therefore find that Mr Sked misdirected himself as to the Policy in carrying out the review and his decision is therefore one that no reasonable review officer could have arrived at."

... commonly known here at N2D as 'Skeds' ... that is to say these are Judges comments regarding UKBA Review Officer Ian Sked's reasons for rejecting peoples appeals against seizures.
