Happy Birthday to Us! One Year Old Today!
Yes, we are 1 year old today. We never expected in our wildest dreams for it to grow into this. We started offering a service but it soon turned into fighting a cause. We've gained many friends and learnt a great deal from you. We try and push the barriers as much as we can and with your help we'll continue to do so. Thanks to you all, we appreciate you more than you'll ever know. Smoking Hot & Zaphod.

"In the eyes of the Tribunal the review letter contained several preconceptions, prejudgments and non-sequiturs"
"the absurdity of this reason is demonstrated by simply stating it"
"We therefore find that Mr Sked misdirected himself as to the Policy in carrying out the review and his decision is therefore one that no reasonable review officer could have arrived at."
... commonly known here at N2D as 'Skeds' ... that is to say these are Judges comments regarding UKBA Review Officer Ian Sked's reasons for rejecting peoples appeals against seizures.

Congrats and many more !
ReplyDelete(Well, not too much more. Too much more means fighting UKBA forever and ever - and of course one day would be good to see the battle settled, once and for all, in favor of the individual and not the thieving, lying, cheating government b*stards at UKBA.)
Congrats Guys, keep up the good work. :)

Congrats. Great cause. Great writing. The Red Mustang was a gem.
ReplyDeleteLook like you've had an additional surprise present today. Apparently the UKBA are not fit for purpose. You may well have suggested that on more than one occasion.
